Brenton on Sea is situated on the Southern cape coast of the Western Cape province of South Africa. Brenton on Sea is a popular holiday destination on the scenic Garden Route just outside of Knysna. Brenton on Sea is almost entirely surrounded by the Goukamma Nature Reserve with its Fynbos-rich slopes. The Brenton blue butterfly Reserve is a must see - in nature this rare butterfly can be seen from late October until December. Brenton on Sea offers visitors stretches of golden sands that lure sunbathers, fishermen and those who love to go for long walks on the beach!
