Our rates include a full English or a Continental buffet breakfast served at the Manor house. During your stay, you can enjoy a relaxing braai by the swimming pool while soaking up the sun or fishing for bass alongside the estates dam.

Manor House

The elegantly restored Manor House which pays credence to classic Cape Dutch architecture has four double rooms with en-suite bathrooms - 2 downstairs and 2 upstairs. All rooms offer the following facilities:

• We do not accommodate children in the Manor house

Klein Welmoed Cottages

Our 4 modern, self-catering cottages have fitted kitchens, large living areas, each with two bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms accommodating up to four people each. Perfect for families or couples. Our rates include breakfast for cottage guests which is served at the Manor House. Most cottages have under-floor heating as well as fireplaces for winter breakaways. 

Olive Cottage 1 & 2: These Garden cottages each have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living/dining area and a fitted kitchen.

Shiraz Cottage: This large poolside cottage has two bedrooms, two en-suite bathrooms, a spacious living/dining area and a fitted kitchen.

Barn Place: This deluxe apartment has wonderful views and comprises two upstairs bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and a large living/dining area with an open plan, generous size kitchen on the ground floor opening up onto a large front lawn.

The Barn venue can accommodate up to a maximum of 40 seated guests without a dance floor. It is air-conditioned and has a fireplace for the colder months. Things to do

During summer guests can enjoy our sparkling swimming pool set in our large, manicured garden. Other activities to be enjoyed on this expansive property are running, walking, cycling, wildlife, birding and picnics. Wine tasting is offered but by prior arrangement only.
